Black Forest Cheesecake

1 1/4 c. graham wafer crumbs

1/4 c. sugar

1/3 c. butter, melted

3 pkgs softened cream cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

8 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs, sugar, butter and press into bottom of a 9" springform pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk, chocolate, eggs, and vanilla.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 300* for 50-55 minor until set. Cool and chill overnight. Top with pie filling and garnish as desired. (whipped cream, chocolate shavings, etc.)
