Chinese Chicken Wings
3 lbs chicken wings 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp soya sauce 1/4 cup margarine
3 tbsp water 1 egg
1/2 cup vinegar 1 1/2 cups flour
Cut wings in half at the joint. Dip wings in egg; roll in flour. Brown in a frying pan with marg. Mix remaining ingredients in a pot; bring to a boil. Pour over wings. Bake at 350* for 1 hour, basting occasionally .
