Chocolate Macaroons
Heat to a boil 1/2 c. marg, 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. white sugar, 5 tbsp cocoa and boil for 2 min.
Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Stir in 3 c. oats and 1 c. shredded coconut.
Drop quickly by ice cream scoopful on to waxpaper and chill. Freezes well.
