Mississippi Mud Pie
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 cup marg.
Combine and press into 9x13 pan and bake @ 325 for 10 min. then cool.
Mix:
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tub of cool whip
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix 1 small package vanilla and 1 small chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Beat until thick and spread over first two layers. Cover with remaining cool whip. Chill for 3-4 hours. Keep refrigerated.
