• Zucchinni Bread - always moist, nuts are a great addition
• Perfect Pancakes - light and fluffy, better than Aunt Jemima's
• Playdough - Perfect recipe for long lasting playdough

Entrees

• Incredible Chili - don't be fooled, use all of the ingredients
• Classic Meat Loaf - add uncooked rice for more fiber
• Glazed Pork Chops - keeps 'em moist
• Cannelloni alla Florentina - stuff the shells using an icing bag without tip
• African Elephant Stew - ingredients can be hard to find
• Chinese Fried Rice - great accompniament to wings below
• Chinese Chicken Wings - just like in the restaurant
• Honey Garlic Wings - serve with lemon water...sticky
• Wild Rice and Broccoli Casserole - creamy and flavourful
• Jamaican Rice and Peas - passed down from Gloria DaCosta
• Chicken Cacciatore - Simpler then you might think and very tasty
• Veal Scalipini - not that we can afford veal often but it did taste good
• Chicken Lasagne - got this one from the Woman's Day website
• Omelette Cake - Kim likes this one
• Swiss Chicken Cutlets - easy to prepare but looks great

• Mississippi Mud Pie - absolutely delectable
• One Bowl Brownies - chewy, chewy, chewy
• Butter Tart Squares - just like tarts only no shells to make or buy
• Chewy Oatmeal Cookies - versatile, kids love'em
• Chocolate Fudge - perfect for a sweet tooth craving
• Caramel Apples - be sure to use a candy thermometre and be patient
• Chocolate Coconut Seduction Squares - takes a while to set but tastes great
• Peanut Butter Balls - kids love'em
• Perfect Pastry - Kim's famous recipe, makes one top and bottom pie
• English Trifle - We make it without the Sherry but that part is up to you.
• Mandarin Praline Trifle - Another great trifle for the Holidays
• Hello Dolly Squares - Christmas favourite for our family
• Shortbread - Traditional recipe, be sure to use butter
• Chocolate Macaroons - Tell me if they work for you
