Shortbread
1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. icing sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. rice flour
1 c. butter (room temp)
Mix dry ingredients. Blend butter into dry ingredients to make a soft dough. Cover and chill for 1/2 an hour. Shape into 1" balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 min.in a 300* oven or until lightly browned. 3-4 dozen
