Wild Rice and Broccoli Casserole

2 heads of broccoli (approx 2 lb)

1 package Uncle Ben's wild rice mixture

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Blanch broccoli (30 secs. In boiling water). Mix soup and cheese together. Layer half of broccoli, half of rice, and half of soup mixture in a casserole dish; repeat layers. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
